Free – Photoshop Ink Brushes
Posted 10 Dec 2009 - 3 Gratefully received comments

I’ve made these Ink Blot Photoshop brushes available for download.
I work mostly with vectors in Illustrator, but I’ve started to use Photoshop a bit more recently in an attempt to keep myself up to date. This is the first brush set I’ve made myself in quite a while, so I thought I’d pass them on to my readers. I’ve made them as high resolution as possible, most go up to 2000px and some go to the maximum 2500px. I hope you find them useful.
To download click the link below:
Installation:
1. Download the file and unzip it.
2. Copy the file (Ink Set KRD.abr) to your Photoshop/Presets/Brushes folder.
3. In your Photoshop Brushes palette, click on the arrow in the upper right and click on “Load Brushes.”
4. Find the file and load it (Photoshop/Presets/Brushes/Ink Set KRD.abr)
When you restart Photoshop you will not have to load the file, it will be in the list of Brush Libraries.
These brushes are completely free for personal and commercial use. The only thing I ask is that if you do find them useful let me know. I’d love to see your final results, and then display them within this post.

I'm a freelance graphic designer living and working in Suffolk.
I've been using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Quark Xpress since 1999 but I've been using pens, pencils, paper and most importantly my imagination for a lot longer. I'm always looking for new clients to work with and interesting projects to work on.

Pretty cool. I think I’m going to use them when I start designing my next splatter wordpress theme…
Thanks for sharing!
